The Privacy Policy describes the data protection practices of Snagajob.com, Inc. and its affiliated companies (together referred to as "Snagajob.com, Inc.", "We", "Us" or "Our"). C. Information We Collect Through Third Parties
- Employers, Partners, Service Providers, Researchers. May share information with us for services like background checks and analytics.
- Log-in Services and Social Network Information. If you sign in via social networks, we may access profile information (name, picture, likes, friends list). To avoid this, don’t use social log-in.
- Other Account Holders or Users. Another user may provide your contact info for referrals or orders. You represent you are authorized to share this info.

2. How We Use the Information We Collect.
We and our service providers use the information for the following purposes:
- Provide, improve, and personalize the Services.

- Facilitate payments for Employers.
- Gain insights into prospective customers.

3. Online and Mobile App Advertising.
A. Online Advertising
We allow third-party ad networks (e.g., Google Ads, Adobe, LiveIntent) to deliver targeted ads based on cookies and tracking pixels. To opt out of tailored ads, visit NAI, DAA, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Ads Settings, or use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. Note opt-outs are per-browser/device. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS (reply STOP).
B. Mobile App Advertising
We and our partners use advertising identifiers for in-app ads. To opt out, follow instructions in your device OS settings (iOS, Android, Windows).
C. Notice Concerning Do Not Track
We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. For choice mechanisms, see opt-outs above and "Your Rights and Choices" below.
4. How We Disclose Information We Collect.
- Employers and Vendors. We share Seeker information with Employers or their service providers when you apply or update profile settings.
- Seekers. We share Employer information with Seekers when you post jobs or integrate with third-party vendor services.
- Service Providers and Partners. We share information with third parties for billing, analytics, security, fraud prevention, advertising, and other services.
- Legal Reasons or Protection. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety, including fraud prevention.
- Business Transfers. In mergers, acquisitions, or sales, your information may be transferred as an asset.
- Your Consent. We disclose information in accordance with your account settings and consents.
5. Aggregate/De-Identified Information.
We may de-identify and aggregate data for research, marketing, and share with third parties.
6. Your Rights and Choices.

E. Opt Out of Sales and Targeted Advertising
To opt out of "sales" or sharing for targeted ads, select "Your Privacy Choices" on each Snagajob property or visit this link. Reapply opt-out if clearing cookies. We do not knowingly sell personal information of minors under 16 without permission.
Browser-based opt-out signals are recognized per law.
Nevada Residents: Nevada residents may opt out of sales of covered information by emailing info@snagajobinc.com.
7. How We Protect Your Data and Our Services.
We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Communications via messaging features are not encrypted; do not share sensitive data.
We use Invisible reCAPTCHA subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
8. Your Obligations.
- Abide by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Violations may lead to account restriction, suspension, or termination.
9. Third-Party Links and Features.
Our Services may link to third-party sites. Snagajob.com, Inc. is not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.
10. Children’s Privacy.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, we will delete it and terminate their account. Contact us at info@snagajobinc.com if you believe a child’s data is involved.
11. Changes to our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised policy on our Services and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use signifies acceptance of changes.
